Today we found out. Unbelievable. We thought it would take longer (we were just “practicing”).
Susan was in such disbelief that it took three pregnancy tests to convince her.
We are ecstatic, anxious, nervous, scared, and overjoyed.
We moved into our new apartment yesterday (in San Francisco, overlooking the Bay Bridge) so that we’d have some privacy to make a baby (we’d been living briefly with Susan’s mom in San Jose after our recent three month stay in Taiwan). I guess we’ll just sit back, enjoy the magnificent view, and grow a baby.
